This terminal is for informational purposes regarding our holding portfolio only.

PROHIBITED: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our network.
PROHIBITED: Using automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to extract proprietary data.
PROHIBITED: Using this infrastructure for any unlawful purpose.

03. Intellectual Property

All code, architecture, logos, and proprietary systems detailed on this site are the exclusive property of Vigorous IT Solution. The “Vigorous IT Solution” trademark and the “Decentralized Security Holdings” syntax are protected assets. Unauthorized use will result in immediate legal action.

04. Liability Shield

The Corporation provides this interface “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or system errors resulting from your connection to our node.

05. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary holding entity is registered (Australia, Nepal), with arbitration provisions extending to our operational territories (UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand).

06. Termination Protocol

We reserve the right to block any IP address or subnet from accessing our infrastructure without notice if malicious activity is detected.
