Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use vigorousitsolution.com or interact with us. Written in plain language so you understand what to expect from both sides. Product services (Corelyst) have their own terms on their respective websites.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using vigorousitsolution.com (“this website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use this website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vigorous I.T. Solution Pvt. Ltd., registered in Pokhara, Nepal (PAN: 606776778), operating under the business name Vigorous IT Solution (“we,” “us,” “our”). We have been in operation since 2018 with remote operations across Nepal and Australia.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Scope — What This Website Is
This website (vigorousitsolution.com) is an informational website for Vigorous IT Solution. It describes who we are, what we do, and how to contact us. It does not offer account creation, subscription purchases, or service delivery.
These Terms apply only to your use of this website and your direct communications with us (email, phone, or other channels). They do not apply to our product services, which have their own terms.
3. What Vigorous IT Solution Does
Vigorous IT Solution is a WordPress security operations company. We set up, monitor, and manage WordPress security for businesses. Our work includes firewall configuration, malware scanning, vulnerability tracking, blacklist monitoring, and security reporting.
We deliver these services through our product brands, not directly through this website.
4. Product Services — Separate Terms Apply
We operate two product brands:
- Corelyst Nepal (np.corelyst.net) — managed WordPress security for Nepal businesses
- Corelyst (corelyst.net) — security operations engine, available for custom deployment
Each product has its own terms of service, privacy policy, and service agreements. If you subscribe to or use any of our product services, the terms on those websites govern your use of those services. In any conflict between these Terms and a product’s terms, the product’s terms prevail for matters related to that product.

The effectiveness of security measures depends on many factors beyond our control, including your hosting environment, plugin ecosystem, user behavior, and the evolving nature of security threats. No security solution can prevent all attacks or guarantee complete protection.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vigorous IT Solution. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

15. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding this website or these Terms, contact us at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the matter within 15 business days.
If direct resolution is unsuccessful, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed neutral mediator. Mediation costs are shared equally between the parties.
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal, in accordance with the laws of Nepal. This is consistent with Nepal’s Consumer Protection Act, 2075, which allows complaints to be filed at the Consumer Court or the concerned District Court.
For matters where Australian law applies (by virtue of Vigorous IT Solution’s Australian registration), the relevant Australian courts may also have jurisdiction.
We do not require mandatory arbitration. You are not required to waive your right to legal proceedings.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or cyberattacks.
17. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor agrees to honour these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vigorous IT Solution regarding your use of vigorousitsolution.com. They supersede and replace any prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
