Receptionist

Dedicated person to handle client-facing duties alongside office management tasks. You need to make sure that when our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.

Position Summary

Your primary responsibilities include providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

You will take responsibility for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and process outgoing mail and courier services.

Additional administrative duties also include greeting clients and handling company inquiries.
